Approach

A clear process, from the firstconversation to final handover.

Every project moves through five phases. Each one ends with something you can see, check and sign off, so you know where the project stands and what comes next.

Five phases, one standard.

01

Discover.

We listen before we draw.

A working session on the business, the audience, the constraints and the deadline. We read everything you already have, study competitors and references, and write it into structured notes you can correct. Then you get a short proposal.

What you get

Meeting notes · Content questionnaire · Short written proposal

Typical duration

1 week, including the proposal

Cover and executive-summary page of FA Studios' preliminary branding research for a Romanian sweets range.
Category research for Nekta: competitors, claims and pricing, before any name.

02

Define.

We decide where the brand stands.

Research on the market and the audience, then the strategic choices: positioning, name, structure, sitemap, the one argument a deck has to make. Where there’s a real fork, you get two options with their trade-offs and our recommendation. The final choice is made together.

What you get

Research document · Perceptual map · Positioning routes · Naming strategy and validation · Sitemap and approved copy

Typical duration

1–3 weeks

Perceptual map of the snack-bar category, from craving to health and from value for money to premium.
A perceptual map: where the category sits, and where the white space is.

03

Design.

Identity first, then everything else.

Our designers start with the pieces that set the standard: the identity direction, the home page, the hero pack. Once you approve them, the system extends to every application, page and SKU, tested on real formats, never just on a white artboard.

What you get

Moodboard · Two directions · Identity system · Key screens · Pack routes on real dielines

Typical duration

2–4 weeks

PADELMANIA rebrand, before and after: the old two-word wordmark beside the new PADELMANIA wordmark with the player swoosh.
PADELMANIA: from two words to one name and one M.

04

Deliver.

Files checked before handover.

We build, export and check: the Webflow site on a staging link, the print files through prepress, the brand book, the deck. Feedback is grouped into sprints, every screen size is checked, and nothing goes live or to press without your OK. Then we hand everything over, with a guide for your team.

What you get

Brand book · Export kit and source files · Print-ready PDFs · Live site · CMS guide with screenshots · Itemised list of changes

Typical duration

1–3 weeks

Pages from the website editing guide handed over to the PADELMANIA team.
PADELMANIA: a written CMS guide, so the team runs the site on its own.

05

Grow.

Then we make it work harder.

Tracking, consent and search set up so you know what works. Then, if you want us to stay, the growth layers: content, ads, email, seasonal campaigns and site care, all built on the brand we made together.

What you get

GTM, GA4 and Consent Mode v2 set up · Event list · Monthly report

Typical duration

Ongoing, monthly

Sous Sol creative-direction board with palette, type and post ideas.
Sous Sol: creative direction set before a single post was made.

Typical timelines.

The calendar in your proposal is specific to your project and starts when we have your materials and your confirmation. When a date can’t move, we plan backwards from it.

Unlimited rounds within the scope, one consolidated set of comments per round.

Feedback runs in rounds, and rounds are unlimited within the agreed scope. For each round you send one consolidated set of comments, from one person who can decide, so the project stays coherent and no note gets lost. Changes are grouped, applied and shown back to you, with each version saved under its own name.

01

Unlimited rounds within scope; new scope is quoted before we start it.

02

One consolidated set of comments per round, from one decision-maker.

03

Feedback within three working days of each delivery keeps the calendar on time.

04

Nothing goes live or to print without your written OK.

Short proposals with fixed prices.

After the first call you get a proposal of a few pages, not a brochure: what we understood, what we recommend, what you'll receive, the calendar, what we need from you and a fixed price + VAT. When there's a real choice to make, we show the options side by side with our recommendation.

See engagement tiers

Fixed price per project, all amounts + VAT.

Payment in milestones agreed in the proposal.

External costs listed separately: hosting, domains, licences, media budgets, printing, photo and video production.

You own the work once it's paid in full: source files, accounts, domains.

Proposal sent within three working days of the call.

Questions about the process.

Who will we actually work with?

One lead runs your project from the first call to handover, with our strategists, designers, developers, motion designers, content creators and media specialists working on it as the brief requires. You have one point of contact throughout.

How do you share work in progress?

On staging links for websites, as versioned PDFs for brand, packaging and decks, and on short calls when a decision needs talking through.

Can we skip a stage?

Sometimes. If you already have research or a brand book we trust, we build on it. We'll tell you honestly when skipping a stage would cost you more later.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Confidential projects stay out of our portfolio unless you agree in writing.

Ready for stage one?

Five short steps. Your brief goes straight to the team that would run your project, and you’ll hear back within one business day.
