Webflow websites

Websites your team can run and your customers trust.

Bilingual Webflow sites written and designed around how your buyers decide, tracked from day one and easy for your team to run.

What it is

We write the copy, design the key screens, build in Webflow and set up search, tracking and consent before launch. Then we hand over a written guide, so updating a page never needs a developer.

Who it’s for

For companies whose website is holding them back.

  • Your site looks older than your company, and people leave before they call.
  • Every change goes through a developer, so nothing changes.
  • You sell in more than one language, or to patients, guests or buyers who compare you online first.
  • You run ads, and nobody can tell you which page brings the leads.

What’s included.

Fixed scope, fixed price, written into the proposal before we start.

  • Content questionnaire, sitemap and page plan
  • Copy in English and Romanian, approved before we build
  • Design of the key screens, then a module library for every page
  • Webflow build with CMS (news, events, team, products, whatever you publish) and forms with validation and spam protection
  • Bilingual setup with Webflow Localization
  • Search basics for Google and answer engines: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, redirects, FAQ, llms.txt
  • Tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Consent Mode v2 with a cookie banner, and events for every form and booking
  • QA on every breakpoint, launch, a CMS guide with screenshots and 30 days of support

Timeline and investment.

  1. Discover · 1 week: Goals, audience, competitors, what the current site does well and badly, and every piece of content you have.
  2. Structure and copy · 1–2 weeks: Sitemap, page plan and the full copy, approved in writing before design.
  3. Design · 1–2 weeks: The home page and key templates, then the module library the rest of the site is built from.
  4. Build · 2–3 weeks: Webflow build on a staging link, with CMS, forms, search and tracking.
  5. QA and launch · 1 week: Feedback in sprints, checks on every screen size, launch only with your OK, then the handover guide.

Questions.

Why Webflow?

Your team edits text, images and CMS items in the browser without breaking the design, Webflow handles hosting and security, and pages load fast. For online shops we build on Shopify; when a project fits better as custom code, we say so.

Who owns the site?

You do. The Webflow account and the domain are in your company's name, and you pay hosting directly to Webflow.

We're on WordPress. Will we lose our Google rankings?

We keep the URLs that rank wherever we can and redirect the rest, so search traffic follows you to the new site. Rankings can still move after any migration, and nobody can promise positions.

Do you write the copy?

Yes, in English and Romanian, approved before we design. A site built on approved copy launches cleaner and changes less.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support, a written CMS guide with screenshots, and the option of a monthly care plan or ad-hoc hours for bigger changes. Search and analytics are live from day one, so every decision after launch rests on real data.

Can you improve the site we already have?

Often, yes. We start with an audit and an itemised list of changes, priced by group, then ship them as one planned update.
