Every night a full kit: four years of event design for Party TV.
Posters, tickets, badges, hall maps, menus, teasers and recaps for a Galați concert and party promoter, from club nights to the arena, 2022 to 2026.
The challenge
Party TV brings Romanian hip-hop and pop artists to clubs and arenas in Galați. Every event needs a full kit, poster, tickets, badges, stories and last-ticket pushes, and it has to come together around the artist's photos, show after show, without ever looking like the last one.
The insight
For a promoter, the brand is the rhythm: a fixed kit per event, so every night looks complete and nothing is designed from scratch.
The approach
We agreed a standard package per event and kept a deliverables checklist for every night: teaser, main poster, tickets, reseller stories, badges, sold-out and recap posts, aftermovie. Bigger shows add hall and table maps, VIP covers and menus for print. Our motion team cuts the teasers and aftermovies alongside the graphics, so the whole kit speaks with one voice.
