Perspectiva Evei
Website, AI & automation, Email & CRM
A coaching website, rebuilt as a sales system.
Redesign, lead capture, payments-to-invoicing data and product visuals for Perspectiva Evei, a coaching brand most people discover on TikTok.

The challenge
Perspectiva Evei sells personal-development guides, an eight-week online course and 1:1 sessions, and most new people meet Eva on TikTok. The site had grown page by page and the systems behind it no longer worked as one: the freebie form wasn't reliable, purchase details didn't reach invoicing cleanly, and confirmation emails carried more personal data than they needed. Every broken step between a video and a confirmed order was a lost client.
The insight
For a creator-led business, the website is the path from a TikTok video to a confirmation email, and every step has to hold.
The approach
Our team audited the whole journey before touching the design, then split the rebuild into four workstreams: redesign, lead capture, payments and invoicing, and CMS logic. The TikTok freebie form came first, because it fed everything else. Our designers then gave the site calm, airy layouts that keep Eva's warmth and make the next step obvious, and turned digital products into objects people want to hold: guide covers, bundles, a course box and email headers.

- CMS restructure: guides, bundles, testimonials, offer to checkout to product
- Redirects, SEO and performance pass
- Product visuals: guide covers, bundle and book mockups, course box, OG images, email headers
- Privacy-safe case-study covers
- 2026: 'Cine manifestă?!' book cover (RO/EN) and audio-edition mockup
Discover — Under-the-hood audit
We traced the full journey, from the TikTok freebie form to checkout and the confirmation email, and listed where it broke before touching the design.
Journey map: TikTok → form → checkout → invoice

Define — Page-by-page proposal
Every page type, from the ADO course and 1:1 sessions to login and profile, scoped on its own, with the TikTok form flagged Priority 1.
Every page scoped, one priority

Design — Redesign
Modern, airy, conversion-oriented layouts with modular sections, hero composites built from Eva's own photos and new services artwork.
Hero composites, desktop and mobile
Deliver — Automations
The freebie form moved into the site, saving the contact and sending the guide automatically. Purchases passed billing data straight to invoicing, and confirmation emails carried only what they needed.

Deliver — CMS and product visuals
Guides linked to their pages, bundles and testimonials as collections, clean offer-to-checkout flows, plus covers, mockups, OG images and email headers that make digital products feel tangible.

Grow — What came next
In 2026 we designed the 'Cine manifestă?!' book cover in Romanian and English with an audio-edition mockup, and scoped a platform of Eva's own: cohort course, secure guide reader, audiobook player, 1:1 booking, checkout and invoicing.

Results
What it added up to.
The 2025 rebuild gave the business one coherent path: a visitor from TikTok signed up in a native form, the guide arrived on its own and the contact was saved, while purchases passed their billing data to invoicing without retyping. The CMS links guides, bundles and testimonials, so new products launch without rebuilding pages, and in 2026 the work moved on to new book graphics and the scope of a platform of Eva's own.

A note from Alex
Eva's audience finds her on TikTok, so her website has a very specific job: take someone from a video to a guide in their inbox, and later to a course or a session, without friction. When we looked under the hood, the problem wasn't how the site looked. It was the plumbing. So we fixed the path first and put the TikTok form at the front of the queue. Only then did we make it look like her: calm, airy, warm. That order matters.
