Tailored Media

Brand identity, Website

An agency website, tailored to the way its founder sells.

Logo, Webflow site and a 2026 remake that turned Tailored Media's tailoring positioning into a premium site built for networking.

An agency website, tailored to the way its founder sells.

The challenge

Tailored Media is a Madrid and Bucharest marketing agency whose site we have built and maintained from the start. In 2026 its founder rewrote the positioning, from in-house marketing team to partners in the client's business, told through tailoring: services as fitting stages, from The Measure to The Final Press. She meets most prospects at networking events, and they look her up right after.

The insight

For a founder who sells in person, the website is the follow-up meeting: proof, a face and a booking path come first.

The approach

Our team read the new copy and wrote a page-by-page plan, building with what existed and leaving clean slots for content still to come instead of waiting for it. The tailoring idea shaped the structure: services as fitting stages, a dotted world map of the markets the agency works in, and a portfolio grid of real projects. A premium design pass followed, with a full-bleed hero, a dark contact band and FAQs as accordions, then a full QA audit, structured data and consent-first analytics.

The project

Logo, Webflow site and a 2026 remake that turned Tailored Media's tailoring positioning into a premium site built for networking.

What we delivered

  • Logo identity: TM monogram and serif wordmark
  • Original Webflow site and ongoing maintenance
  • 2026 remake: 'fitting' services page, service cards, team page
  • Portfolio grid and dotted world map
  • Case Studies CMS collection
  • Structured data, consent-first analytics and search set-up

Process

How we got there.

Define — Copy in, plan out

The founder's new copy and goals became a page-by-page plan, with every missing item gathered into one clear request.

Page-by-page plan and open items

Page-by-page plan for the site remake beside the 17 items still needed from the founder, sent in one message.

Deliver — Build v1

Home, a services page built as fitting stages with FAQ, Team, Newsletter and Contact, plus a dotted world map and an Instagram-style grid of real projects.

Dotted world map, portfolio grid

The 'We work internationally' section of the Tailored Media homepage: a dotted world map with markers above country cards for Spain, Romania, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Design — Premium pass

A full-bleed hero under a purple overlay ready for video, a dark contact band and footer, round slider arrows, equal-height testimonials and FAQs as accordions.

Hero overlay and new footer

Two views of the Tailored Media homepage after the premium pass: the hero with its purple photo overlay, and the new footer with the oversized 'Tailored Media' wordmark.

Grow — Search and consent

One H1 per page, a hosted share image, structured data across key page types, analytics only after consent, and search set up at launch.

Schema, consent banner, search set-up

Consent flow where GA4 loads only after acceptance, plus on-page SEO rules and the JSON-LD types added at launch.
Tailored Media homepage section 'Everything your brand needs, cut to measure' in a browser window: a carousel of service cards for digital marketing strategy, social media and video creation.
The Tailored Media newsletter page on a phone: the purple 'Marketing for Entrepreneurs' header above the intro 'A practical newsletter written by our founder, after 3+ years and 100+ projects with businesses like yours.'
Tailored Media services page on a laptop: 'The full suit, or a single piece', explaining how clients can buy the full service or one part of it.
Tailored Media newsletter page in a browser window: the free e-book offer beside a pink agenda card listing the e-book's chapters.
The Tailored Media logo in white on purple: an angular TM monogram beside the serif wordmark 'Tailored Media'.
Three Tailored Media pages side by side in browser windows, homepage, services and newsletter, showing the shared purple-and-lilac page system from hero to footer.
The Tailored Media newsletter page on a phone: a pink 'Agenda' card listing the e-book chapters, from Introduction to Contact.
The Tailored Media homepage on a phone: the services carousel with a 'Digital Marketing Strategy' card and a 'See how we tailor it' button.
The Tailored Media contact page on a phone: the 'Let's talk' form with fields for name, email, phone, company, industry and services.

Results

What it added up to.

The remake is live on tailoredmedia.org and leads with proof, a face and an easy booking path, exactly what someone opens on their phone after meeting the founder. Every key page carries structured data, and analytics load only after consent.

A note from Alex

My brief for this project was one line: "I want an amazing premium well-defined site that supports her networking activities." People meet the founder in a room, then open her site on their phone. So we put proof, her face and a clear way to book on top, and kept English as the main language because that is how the site is indexed. The tailoring idea did the rest: every service reads like a fitting, from The Measure to The Final Press.
