Zestal
Social & content, Email & CRM, Website
Content that turned Zestal's audience into attention, every month.
A retainer for Zestal, a Romanian atelier reinterpreting the traditional blouse: social and email production, e-shop SEO and honest monthly reporting.

The challenge
Zestal makes made-to-measure womenswear inspired by the Romanian ie and sells it from a Bucharest showroom and an online shop. The brand already had a strong identity and a large Instagram audience. The job was to keep content, email and the e-shop moving every month, and to turn attention into visits.
The insight
Show how the pieces are worn day to day, from the office to dinner, not only on a runway.
The approach
Our content team set a fixed monthly rhythm: a content calendar built on real-life styling, newsletters and site banners in Romanian and English, and technical care of the e-shop, from translations and metadata to indexing and the product feed. Every month closes with a report that says plainly what worked, what didn't and what to test next.

Proposal, November 2025

Grow — Always-on production
Posts, carousels, reel covers and thumbnails every month, plus seasonal campaigns across newsletter and site: Christmas, a last-minute voucher, Valentine's Day.
Always-on feed and stories

Grow — E-shop SEO and upkeep
Missing translations, meta descriptions, robots.txt, sitemap and indexing fixes, product-feed errors, and the old name replaced with Zestal across the site.
E-shop foundations, January 2026

Grow — Monthly reports, without cosmetics
Social, ads, website and newsletter in one report, each with an interpretation and next steps. When a month did not convert, the report said so and proposed what to test next.
“Realistic, no cosmetics”

Results
What it added up to.
In February 2026 Zestal's Instagram reach grew by 45.7% on January, profile visits more than doubled and link taps to the shop rose even faster, while the e-shop got its search foundations fixed. Turning that attention into orders became the focus of our next proposal: a UX redesign of the shop.
